With the rapid development of internet,e-commerce and logistics,customer-centered personalized customization conditions have gradually matured.The core idea of individualized customization is to satisfy customers individualized needs with the efficiency and cost of mass production under the condition of mass production.Personalized customization has become an inevitable trend in the development of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Major automobile manufacturers have gradually increased the research and development and production of personalized products.But it is a great challenge for every enterprise’s R&D,production,marketing and system capability to change from the traditional batch production mode of production and marketing to the customized mode of production and marketing.Based on the analysis of personalized customization mode and market development trend of domestic and foreign mainstream automobile enterprises,aiming at the existing problems of personalized customization management mode of FAW car,combining with the changes of internal and external environment factors that FAW car is facing at present,this paper puts forward an optimized scheme of personalized customization management mode of FAW car.The implementation safeguard measures of the optimization scheme are given.Specific contents include: The first part summarizes the development trend and key factors of the implementation of personalized customization in China by using literature analysis method.The second part makes a comparative analysis of the status quo of personalized customization of FAW cars and mainstream automobile companies at home and abroad.Combining with the gap between FAW cars and international automobile enterprises and the market development trend,it clarifies the main problems existing in the current personalized customization management of FAW cars,and makes a detailed analysis of the existing problems.The third part uses PEST analysis method to analyze the external environment of FAW Car Company from four dimensions: policy and regulations,economic environment,social development and technological level.Using quantitative and qualitative analysis method,the internal environment of FAW car company is analyzed from the aspects of financial situation,technical resources,R&D ability and marketing ability,and the opportunities and threats FAW car faces under the changing conditions of internal and external environmental factors are obtained.The fourth part clarifies the objective of FAW car personalized customization management,that is,based on mass production mode,the implementation of personalized customization management mode of basic configuration vehicle models and multiple optional packages.Then,under this goal,the breakthrough point of implementation of personalized customization management scheme is proposed as two key directions of BOM management and configuration management,and detailed optimization scheme is given.On the one hand,BOM is transformed into super-BOM management mode,which is promoted and implemented in R&D and production systems,and on the other hand,personalized customization mode is implemented in configuration management.Direct docking of sales and R&D to ensure that customization requirements are consistent with development content.Finally,from the four aspects of enterprise management thinking,management tools,management system and development strategy,the safeguard measures of FAW car personalized customization management mode are given.Taking FAW car as the research object,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of its personalized customization management mode,which has practical reference significance for domestic independent car enterprises to carry out personalized customization management.In addition,through the analysis of the cost,profit and fittings in the personalized management of FAW cars,this paper clarifies the relationship between the various elements and enriches the research results of personalized customization management,which has guiding significance for enterprises in the direction of transformation of personalized customization.
