Research On Interactive Development Of Xi'an International Inland Port And Xi'an Economy

Under the background of "'the Belt and Road" and industrial transfer,Xi'an is an important central city in the western region of China,facing an unprecedented development opportunity.As a logistics transportation hub and a frontier of reform and opening-up,Xi'an International Land Port Xi'an carries an important mission to drive regional development.Xi'an International Land Port open railway freight trains to Europe,Central Asia and other areas.The cooperation has opened a sea-rail intermodal train that passes through the terminal.The construction of Xi'an International Land Port has greatly shortened the transportation time and transportation cost of import and export goods,created an internationally competitive sales and marketing network for neighboring enterprises,and attracted large-scale logistics and trade enterprises entering.Xi'an International Land Port drives the development of regional economy,especially modern service industry.Through the construction of Xi'an International Land Port and regional economic system interactive simulation model,we explore the problems and solutions in the development,which provide theoretical support for the development of Xi'an International Land Port.Combined with qualitative and quantitative methods,we analysis the interaction mechanism between Xi'an International Land Port and regional economy,and construct system causality diagram and system flow diagram based on system dynamics method.We determine the model parameters using regression analysis,slope function,table function and other methods,and then construct the interactive development model of Xi'an International Land Port and regional economy.The model simulation results show that Xi'an International Land Port maintains a stable and rapid development,but the distance from the initial planning target is large.The main problems include the lag of the construction of the port infrastructure,the weakness of operation and management of the port,industrial agglomeration to be improved.These problems have seriously hindered the further development of land port.Therefore,we should distinguish the priorities and find the best way to improve the competitiveness of land port.The results of the policy simulation show that it is the key to improve the operation and management capability of the land port,which decides whether the land port can break through the bottleneck and achieve a qualitative leap.Therefore,we should deepen reform and opening-up and market-oriented operations,accelerate the introduction of large-scale logistics and trade enterprises,and deepen cooperation with ports and seaports to increase the density and coverage of railway trains,thereby enhancing the attractiveness of the port to regional goods.
