Research On Optimization Strategy Of Investment Management Of Group ’A’

Group companies are different from individual companies in the following aspects:large scale of assets,wide range of interests and generally complex ownership relationship.The way most group companies grow is often through investment activities.Group,therefore,the company’s investment activities and their own competitive advantage formation is closely related to the improvement of operating performance,in other words,the whole process can effectively cope with investment management,all kinds of problems of comprehensive prevention investment of systemic risk,to guarantee the orderly group company investment activities,and power group company bigger and stronger,to achieve maximum efficiency;Good investment management is conducive to comprehensively enhancing the overall value of the group company and forming and enhancing the core competitiveness of the group company.Thus it can be seen that investment management is crucial to the development of the group company.This paper studies the Chinese and foreign investment management related theory,on the basis of this paper introduces the present situation of A group of investment,investment object,investment management tools,the main three investment management elements as the horizontal axis,investment in investment planning,implementation and control as the longitudinal axis,three big investment management process for A group’s existing investment management present situation has carried on the depth of diagnosis,found A group in the planning stage,the investment stage,the control stage,such as:investment strategy is not clear,the lack of assessment standard,ignore the post-evaluation and lack of talent,and many other issues,and according to the stage to comb summary.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation of A group,this paper puts forward targeted solutions and optimization countermeasures in line with the actual situation of A group,optimizes the investment management process of each stage of investment management,and optimizes and compares the changes before and after optimization.In order to ensure the effective development investment activities and strengthening investment management,added the investment management measures and the relevant supporting measures,make A group to be in the investment risk very low or even try to avoid situations,effective use investment activities achieving investment purposes and maximize group company and its stakeholders benefit maximization.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the whole process of A group’s investment management,and puts forward practical significance and feasible solutions to various problems,which is of certain reference significance to the investment management of group companies,especially state-owned group companies.
