| With the continuous expansion of China’s foreign trade and the continuous development of international logistics,in order to promote international trade convenience and ensure international trade security,the management of manifest data by Chinese Customs is becoming more and more perfect.In 2008 and 2017,the General Administration of Customs issued two related documents,which made strict regulations on the management of inbound and outbound manifests and the change of manifests.At the same time,the consistency of manifest,declaration form and bill of lading is the basis of ensuring the smooth development of export business in the process of export of container goods in our country.But in the actual operation,the inconsistency of manifest,declaration form and bill of lading is very common,because the carrier or its agent only has the data of manifest and bill of lading.Only master the data of manifest and declaration form,so the data of manifest,as the consistent link of"three manifests",becomes the focus of management.Therefore,to ensure the accuracy of bill transmission,to reduce the error rate of bill transmission and to reduce the number of modified bills has become an urgent problem to be solved by the bill transmission enterprises.This paper introduces the status of the modification of manifest by exporting customers of company A,and analyses the problems and possible consequences of the modification of manifest business faced by the company at present.Starting from the serious consequences,this paper studies the causes of this phenomenon and the corresponding management strategies and implementation countermeasures.The objective of reducing the volume of modified manifest business is more specific and quantifiable. |
