In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards,the number of cars in the city has increased rapidly,which has led to many large and medium-sized cities parking supply and demand contradictions prominent.The problem of "parking difficult,parking chaos" has become a major problem in the process of restricting urban development,which seriously affects the normal operation of the entire transportation system.Therefore,it has aroused the great attention of the relevant departments of the state and the competent departments of local governments,and has caused widespread attention from all sectors of society.The huge parking gap needs to be compensated by public parking facilities.For a long time,most of the research has focused on dynamic traffic systems,and the research on static traffic such as parking management has not paid much attention to it.At present,as an important form of static traffic,roadside parking has become an important aspect of urban parking systems.Due to the relatively low construction cost of berths and short construction period,the role played by urban parking is becoming more and more important.However,since the resources of roadside parking have been fully utilized,how to effectively use the stock and scientifically and rationally develop the increment has become a more concerned issue.Therefore,fully understanding the characteristics of urban roadside parking and mastering the rules of parking vehicles on the roadside can provide a basis for how to effectively use the roadside parking facilities and rationally develop the increments,so that urban traffic problems can be effectively solved.Based on the existing roadside parking data of a certain city,this paper uses statistical analysis methods to analyze the regularity of roadside parking vehicles,makes a reasonable forecast of the future roadside parking demand.According to the research results,it provides reasonable management measures for roadside parking facilities.First of all,by arranging the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,comprehensively considering the actual area to be studied,determining the research content and technical route of the paper,forming a research framework.According to the determined research objectives and technical routes,through the relevant theoretical research,the problems to be analyzed are defined,so that the models established later are more targeted.Secondly,through the analysis of the data obtained,the basic use of roadside parking facilities is obtained,the parking characteristics are analyzed from three aspects of parking activities,parking costs and parking area,including the average parking time,the turnover rate of parking berths and saturation.In this paper,empirical modal decomposition is used to decompose the number of roadside parking,and the influencing factors under each mode are analyzed,so as to analyze the factors affecting roadside parking from the point of view of quantification and characterization,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for the planning of roadside parking berths in the future.Then,combined with the specific problems to be studied,the appropriate prediction model is selected,and the parameter calculation method of the prediction model is given for subsequent analysis.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the setting and management of the berth of roadside parking from the aspects of rational development increment and effective utilization of stock.
