In the form of global integration,the world economy and world trade have also continued to develop rapidly.The 21st century is the century of the sea.With the strategy of rejuvenating the ocean,the maritime industry in China and the world has also developed rapidly and made amazing progress.With the emergence of large-scale,rapid,specialized^and deep-watered ships,the port has also begun to move toward new goals:specialization,intelligence,and deepening.Large ships entering and leaving the terminal are restricted by the water depth and specialization of the channel,which affects the navigation safety of the ship and hinders the development of the port economy and the maritime industry.Therefore,the navigation safety of ships i5 an urgent problem for many port cities.The ship navigation simulation method is used to simulate the safe navigation of the channel of Rongjin Port of Panjin Port.This method is advanced and feasible.This method is to simulate the different modes of meteorology,hydrological conditions,navigation channels,navigation marks,dock berths,traffic flow,etc.,and realistically simulate the way in which ships of different types can enter and exit various navigation channels through ship maneuver simulators.Leaving the dock.This paper uses a combination of two methods,namely theoretical analysis and human-computer interaction.This paper clearly analyzes the existing water navigation safety assessment research methods and clearly points out the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Firstly,the general situation of ship maneuver simulation method for simulation research is introduced.Under the condition of research simulation model classification,mathematical model is established for simulation research,and the influencing factors of ship motion mathematical model are introduced and analyzed,such as Wind,wave,current and possible interaction forces are affected by the ship’s departure from the dock.Finally,taking the Panjin Port Rongxing Port Area as an example,the feasibility and implementation of the ship maneuvering simulation method are introduced and elaborated.Scientific,making realistic simulations,closer to reality.According to the current relevant normative standards as well as scientific research and multiple practices,accurate calculation and derivation,it is practical to use this method for navigation safety assessment research.The focus of this thesis is based on the current relevant normative standards,combined with the navigation environment of Rongjin Port Area of Panjin Port,using the above-mentioned ship maneuver simulation method to earry out simulation test,analyze the test results,draw the test conclusions,and propose a specific and reasonable ship.Navigation recommendations and measures.These recommendations and measures have important reference value for ship water navigation safety assessment.
