Urban rail transit has become the main means of public transportation in many cities at home and abroad due to its advantages of large traffic volume,fast speed,safe and reliable,on time and comfortable.Urban rail transit has gradually become the urban transport construction center of gravity with the acceleration of Chinese urbanization process.The gearbox is one of the important equipments for the traction system of urban rail trains.Improving the design level of gearboxes is a key issue in urban rail transit construction.This article takes a certain type of urban rail train as an example,analyzed the technical parameters of its gear transmission system,designed its overall mechanical structure,and analyzed the mechanical performance of the gear transmission system through the combination of finite element analysis and experiment.The research work carried out is mainly divided into the following aspects:(1)Overall mechanical structure designing.The main research object was the gear transmission system of a certain type of urban rail train.The key components,key structures and the overall mechanical structure of the gear transmission system was designed basing on the working environment,design requirements and technical experience.(2)Mechanical strength and modal analyzing of gear box.The gear box was subjected to finite element static strength analysis and evaluation based on the finite element theory and related gear box mechanical strength evaluation standards.The low-order natural mode and frequency were calculated and used to determine whether the gear box will resonate during operation,through modal analysis(3)fatigue calculation method designing.The fatigue strength analysis method of the gear box was designed based on the finite life design method.The motor torque load spectrum was compiled by referring to the vehicle eight-level spectrum compilation method.At the same time,the monitoring test for the stress of the gear box was carried out,and the actual situation of the stress distribution on the surface of the gear box during operation was analyzed.(4)Fatigue performance analyzing of the box body.The finite element dynamic analysis method of the gear transmission system was designed according to the aforementioned work results.The urban railway train gear transmission system was subjected to finite element dynamic analysis,the fatigue strength and life of the gear box were calculated,and more specific gear box fatigue performance was obtained based on the linear cumulative damage theory.The research work in this paper has important reference value for optimizing the design method of urban rail train gear transmission system.
