| As a new economic and social organization form,characteristic towns can gather important development factors(e.g.talents,technology,and capital,etc.),realize large-scale agglomeration of small spaces,and promote industrial agglomeration,industrial innovation,and industrial upgrading.However,there are still many problems in the construction of characteristic towns,such as the rationality of the land layout and spatial structure.Therefore,the optimization of the aforementioned problems has certain theoretical and practical guiding significanceFirstly,this thesis summaries related works of characteristic towns from three aspects,i.e.planning research at the creation phase,construction issues and the space layout optimization.We observe that there is a lack of research on the space layout of characteristic towns.Secondly,after combing out and comparing the technical methods of optimizing the space layout of cities or small towns,the thesis chooses information entropy and spatial syntax as the main research methods.Thirdly,the thesis selects nine characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province as research objects and analyzes the distribution rule of information entropy of land structure and its relationship with town types,spatial structure types and locations.According to the spatial syntax model,the thesis analyzes the road system,land layout and functional center of three representative towns,namely Intelligent Mould Town,Dream Town,and Life Health Town.Finally,this thesis summarizes the key problems in the road system,land layout,function center and land structure of the case characteristic towns Based on it,the optimization principles and optimization measures of the space layout of the characteristic towns are proposed and verified.The optimization measures include:(1)Some measures,e.g.improving the density of road network and adopting grid road network,etc.are taken to optimize the road system.(2)According to the principle of matching road integration with the land layout,the unreasonable land layout of the characteristic town is adjusted,and the specific land layout is carried out in combination with the current conditions of the characteristic town.(3)Based on the optimization results of the road system and land layout,the thesis re-determines the position and hierarchical relationship of the functional center.(4)The proportion of industrial land should be appropriately reduced to make it in a relatively reasonable range.This thesis adopts qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the cases of multiple characteristic towns.It proposes research ideas for the space layout of characteristic towns,which provides theoretical guidance and practical suggestions for the planning and construction of characteristic towns in the future. |
