Research On Outdoor Environment Landscape Design Of Commercial District Based On Spatial Scale

Outdoor landscape is an indispensable part of the business district.It plays a very important role in the whole business district and bears many functions.With the continuous expansion of commercial district construction scale in China in recent years,problems in landscape design of outdoor environment space in commercial district become more and more prominent,which can no longer meet the physiological and psychological needs of consumers in the process of daily consumption.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to improve the level of outdoor environment landscape construction in commercial district.This study aimed at the present stage business district appear many problems in the outdoor environment landscape design,is proposed based on the concept of spatial scale,the division of different commercial outdoor environment space scale,outdoor landscape design into the different scales of the downtown environment,outdoor environment to solve business district landscape because of unreasonable space scale brings bad experience,and promote the virtuous cycle operation.By putting forward the idea of problem-analysis-problem-solving,the subject is analyzed and discussed,and finally demonstrated through project practice.Firstly,this paper analyzes the concept connotation of the outdoor environment landscape,spatial scale and the correlation between the "spatial scale" and the outdoor environment of the business district through literature review and arrangement,clarifies the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the problems existing in the outdoor environment landscape of the business district,and puts forward the research perspective and direction of this paper.Secondly,the research background,research purpose and research significance of the subject are expounded,the importance of spatial scale status in the outdoor landscape of the business district and the necessity to study it are put forward,and the corresponding research methods and framework are determined.Thirdly,the paper makes theoretical exploration on the spatial scale of the outdoor environment and landscape of the business district,and expounds the qualitative analysis,the division of scale levels,the clarification of the elements and the determination of influencing factors.Through the field investigation,the representative business district was selected for case analysis,and the empirical methods worthy of reference were summarized to provide substantive theoretical basis for the subject research.Next,based on the above theoretical research and case analysis,summarizes the commercial outdoor environment landscape design technique,space scale macro,medium scale design analysis,organization and spatial sequence on the micro level of buildings,roads,plant,facilities the landscape elements dimensions design analysis in four aspects,in order to realize the reasonable commercial outdoor environment landscape planning and construction space scales this purpose.In the end,the outdoor environment and landscape project of Fuyang Leijie Commercial district was designed in practice,and the above theories were applied in the aspects of macro scale,spatial sequence organization,meso-scale and micro-scale,in order to test the feasibility of the design strategy.
