Research On Self-maintenance Of Locomotive Main Bearing

Since the establishment of the unit,always adhere to the locomotive maintenance work.Carry out self-maintenance on the key core parts of the locomotive.In recent years,we have summarized the experience of self-maintenance,optimized the technological layout process,strengthened the overhaul tooling and equipment,and solved the key problems of self-maintenance projects for major bearings of locomotives.This paper briefly describes the research and application of bearing overhaul at home and abroad,especially the railway system,which has practical reference significance for the unit to carry out the locomotive bearing overhaul independently,and establishes the confidence for the unit to carry out the locomotive bearing overhaul independently.By establishing SWOT analysis and decision model,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and decision on the internal advantages,disadvantages and external opportunities and threats of the independent maintenance of locomotive bearing,and confirms the feasibility of the independent maintenance of locomotive bearing.This paper analyses the technical characteristics,recent bearing inertia bearing fault and maintenance process,this paper introduces the bearing testing station equipment configuration and design of informatization construction,and according to the "capacity analysis" to measure unit bearing repair ability,describe the cooperation unit from the dependency of locomotive bearing repair gradually transition to the autonomous maintenance in the process of the management of documents,technical data,such as preparation,summarizes the unit bearing the result of autonomous maintenance work,especially with ROI model analyzes its economic benefit,finally,the bearing of autonomous maintenance work is summarized and prospected.This paper verifies the feasibility of the self-maintenance scheme of the locomotive main bearing through the practical effect,and realizes the self-maintenance of the locomotive main bearing in the railway locomotive maintenance system for the first time,which accumulates valuable experience for the promotion of the bearing overhaul.This scheme not only guarantees the safety quality of the locomotive,but also saves the locomotive maintenance and stop time and greatly reduces the maintenance cost.More importantly,it is not subject to foreign companies and can be promoted in the locomotive senior repair unit of railway maintenance system.
