Efficient container transportation can not only meet 'the needs of customers quickly,but also greatly reduce the operating costs of shipping' companies.In recent years,with the lack of demand in the shipping market,how to further reduce the cost of empty container transportation has become the key point for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.With the rise of the sharing economy,solving the problem of empty container transportation based on the sharing mode has become the current research hotspot.The container sharing form based on alliance relationship can effectively reduce the times and distance of empty container transportation through sharing container resources,and save money Logistics cost,improve the service quality of enterprises,increase economic benefits,therefore,the topic of this paper has strong practical significance and theoretical value.This paper first introduces the causes of empty container transportation and the existing mode of empty container transportation,makes a specific elaboration on the container siiaring problem,explains the concept and main characteristics of container sharing,and explains that the container sharing mode studied in this paper is based on the cooperation between shipping companies to realize the sharing of containers,transportation capacity,information and other resources,and the surplus of shipping companies The shared resources such as empty containers and shipping space can be allocated centrally under the premise of minimizing system cost and heavy box dispatching plan.The theory of hybrid algorithm is described,the genetic algorithm and the improved hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm are explained,and the process of simulated annealing genetic algorithm is sorted out.Secondly,this paper expounds the cost sharing model of the shipping company under the sharing mode.On the basis of the Raiffa model,it selects the quantifiable investment,the non quantifiable investment contribution and the risk factor as the variable factors of the cost sharing model,and uses the AHP method to determine the weight of each variable factor in the final cost sharing model,so as to build the final cost sharing model.Then this paper introduces the construction of the optimization model of empty container transportation under the sharing mode.In the description of the problems,it explains the reasons for the optimization of empty container transportation,and explains the idea of building the model.In this paper,we consider the sharing of multiple types of containers and the sharing of spaces.The remaining available empty containers and spaces of the shipping company are carried out on the premise of considering the minimization of the system cost and the plan of heavy container transportation Centrally allocated,considering the constraints of the supply and demand of different containers,different ports,heavy cargo transport plans and shipping capacity of various shipping companies in different ports at different times in the future,it will make a proposal for other members of the alliance to rent empty containers at the port,or to rent boxes to the leasing companies,or to transport other port empty boxes by means of the transport capacity of their own members or members of the alliance.balance.In the model solution,SA and GA hybrid algorithm is.used to solve and analyze the numerical examples.Genetic algorithm is used to improve the operator,and the optimal operator is transferred to the simulated annealing module for operation until the algorithm termination condition is reached,and the optimal solution is output.Finally,this paper uses MATLAB to.solve and analyz e the numerical examples,and verifies the validity of the model.The results show that,in the case of empty container sharing based on the alliance of shipping companies,the inventory cost can be reduced by transferring the alliance container to another company at the same port and to other ports,the total transportation cost and handling cost can be reduced by transferring the alliance container at the same port,and the use of the alliance container also reduces the demand for renting containers,so the total cost can be greatly reduced under the sharing condition.
