Study On The Protection And Renewal Of Industrial Heritage In Baoding

Industrial heritage is an important part of China's historical and cultural heritage.It is the witness of people's production and lifestyle for a period of time,and has made great contributions to urban development and economic construction.As a typical representative of modern Chinese industrial heritage,Baoding industrial heritage is an important part of Baoding's history and culture.It has profound significance in architecture,culture,economy and ecology.It is the main carrier of the city's industrial civilization and historical context of urban development.At present,some factories in the old industrial zone of Baoding city are relocated,and the industrial land is idle in large area,and the industrial heritage is damaged due to the lack of protection.How to protect and update it reasonably is urgent.Based on this,the main research goal is to find the suitable strategy for Baoding industrial heritage protection and renewal,and on this basis,Hengtian chemical fiber factory is designed for renovation.The purpose is to effectively promote the industrial upgrading of the central urban area,improve the land use efficiency of the main urban area,improve the urban ecological environment,enhance the urban functions,drive the rapid development of surrounding groups,highlight the urban characteristics of Baoding,and improve the sense of identity and belonging of residents.In this paper,combined with field research,literature analysis,quantitative analysis and other research methods,to explore the protection and renewal of Baoding industrial heritage.Starting from the domestic and foreign research status,this paper summarizes the related theories to provide theoretical support for the protection and renewal of industrial heritage in Baoding city.Through the analysis of the methods and effects of domestic related cases,four renewal modes are concluded,namely,business center mode,landscape park mode,theme expo mode and cultural and creative mode,so as to better guide the follow-up research of this paper.Through the full investigation and analysis of the current situation of industrial heritage in Baoding City,combing the industrial history of Baoding City,clarifying the location advantages and overall situation of the old industry,this paper lists the existing problems of industrial heritage in Baoding city.Combined with the characteristics and existing problems of Baoding old industrial zone,this paper puts forward the adaptive industrial heritage protection and renewal strategy,including the four principles of integrity,authenticity,characteristics and regional symbiosis,as well as balancing the development of Baoding City,filling the urban function,improving the regional infrastructure,adjusting the regional industrial structure and improving the protection and renewal of regional ecological environment.To establish the value evaluation system of industrial heritage in Baoding City,and carry out quantitative grading of industrial heritage,so as to achieve the purpose of different levels of industrial heritage renewal and utilization.In order to better integrate the industrial heritage into the urban development and construction of Baoding,this paper puts forward the deeper strategy exploration of innovative utilization mode,detailed zoning and phased construction,and puts forward corresponding policy measures and coordination mechanism.The last part of the study is the renovation design of the industrial heritage of Hengtian chemical fiber factory.Combined with the protection and renewal positioning of Hengtian chemical fiber factory,the paper summarizes the historical evolution of Hengtian chemical fiber factory and deeply analyzes the current situation to obtain the advantages and disadvantages.For the renovation design of Hengtian chemical fiber plant,the planning structure diagram of three clusters and two axes is proposed to adapt the internal functions and integrate the current road network.In the process of building preservation and renewal,the paper puts forward the methods of spatial organization,external remodeling and internal reconstruction,and puts forward the requirements of building control.In the shaping of industrial space,the paper puts forward the molding of industrial theme square.Through the renovation of internal industrial facilities,the context is awakened,and the ecology is repaired.The combination of theory and practice provides a reference for the protection and renewal of industrial heritage in Baoding city.
