Establishing a complex network of comprehensive urban relationships,improving urban resilience,accurately positioning the development direction of the city,analyzing the relationship between urban functions and layout,and defining the city image range are the basis for urban science to dynamically control the city management under macroeconomic control.Effectively alleviate the discordant factors of urban economy,culture,and natural resources.This article takes the administrative area of Changsha as the research object,and simulates the growth and change process of urban construction land from the bottom-up exploration ideas.The non-construction ecological protection area factor is used as the resistance factor,and road driving factors such as roads are selected as potential factors.The suitability analysis yields the level of ecological suitability,and selects the most suitable land for construction and development as the neighborhood of the land growth simulation,thereby deriving the development trend and trend of urban construction.The research results can provide the basis and decision-making support for urban future development and construction site selection and urban future planning,and provide reference and basis for homeland security planning.Research on the quantitative analysis and evaluation of urban functional structure and its information entropy and equilibrium degree is of great significance both in the practice of urban planning technology and the study of urban space issues.Based on the POIs data of Changsha,the machine learning method of continuous cluster analysis is used to analyze the spatial relationship of POI in Changsha.Further analysis is made using the mathematical model of information entropy and equilibrium.Finally,the spatial distribution characteristics of the functional mix of Changsha land are obtained: Changsha Second Ring The information entropy and equilibrium degree in the area is relatively high,and the information entropy and equilibrium degree gradually decreases from the second ring to the surrounding area.However,there are still some areas outside the second ring with similar levels of information entropy and equilibrium.It is proved that the construction layout in some areas is also reasonable.The analysis results are basically in line with the actual situation of Changsha City.The quantitative identification and evaluation of the degree of functional mixture of the city at the refined scale have been initially realized,which can provide support and decision-making for the integrated functions of the city.Urban space color,as a representation of urban physical space,is the first perception of biologically recognized objects,and is the result of superimposing different spectra.From the perspective of the cultural economy,it carries the historical culture and spiritual civilization of the city,and influences and guides the development of the city.At the same time,it is also a business card for the city.Based on Baidu's street view map,this paper uses machine learning algorithms to extract color elements from its street view map,and analyzes its color clustering.Based on the comparison of the three elements of color,hue,lightness,and purity,the current status of the urban color environment is analyzed to obtain the city of Changsha Color environment tendency and delineate the color planning threshold space.
