With the rapid development of social economy,the scale of China’s transportation infrastructure construction has been steadily improved,but the rapid increase of the scale also means that the risk of natural disasters is further increased,and the vulnerability of its ability to resist disasters is constantly exposed.The IPCC research report shows that the probability of human suffering from the potential risk of natural disasters in the 21 st century is further increa sed.Therefore,it is imperative to build a more resilient transportation infrastructure and enhance the ability of infrastructure to resist external interference.At the same time,《Outline of national comprehensive three dimensional transportation network planning 》also sets the goals and requirements for the resilience development of transportation system at different stages in the new era.Therefore,based on the above background,this research studies the improvement measures of urban road network resilience.By combing the relevant research at home and abroad,this research defines the research scope of urban road network resilience improvement,pays attention to the recovery stage after the road network is disturbed,and analyzes the relationship between resilience and reliability,robustness and vulnerability.According to different characteristics,urban road network resilience is divided into structural resilience and functional resilience.The influencing factors of road network resilience are summarized as network structure attribute,traffic flow attribute and other attributes.The influencing factors are analyzed by using DEMATEL/ISM integrated model,and the explanatory structure model diagram of influencing factors is obtained.According to the characteristics of structural toughness and functional toughness,combined with the influencing factors to explain the structural model,the corresponding evaluation indexes are selected,including structural entropy,edge effective ratio,compactness,intersection saturation and average surplus saturation of adjacent intersections.The weight of each index is determined by the coefficient of variation method,and then the overall road network toughness function is determined.In the structure function parameter equation,inte rmediate degree and unit traffic volume are selected as indexes to evaluate the importance of road network units,and find out the more important road network uni ts.The failure types of road network units are divided into interrupted failure and congested failure.Based on the cascading effect of road network failure,the evolution model of unit failure network is constructed.The recovery speed and resilience growth rate are taken as the evaluation indexes of resilience improvement effect.The improvement strategy mainly considers the changes of indexes such as the number of added edges,the degree of degeneration,the recovery speed and inertia coefficient.According to the index changes,the corresponding resilience improvement strategy is formulated.This research selects the road network of Shuiyangjiang Avenue in Xuancheng City of Anhui Province as a case study.Using Arc GIS and Gephi,the urban road network is abstracted as a topological structure,and combining with the road network flow,the structure entropy,edge effective ratio,compactness index,intersection saturation,average saturation of adjacent intersections are calculated,and the road network resilience index function is determined.This paper selects node 22 to study the resilience improvement measures,analyzes the index changes under unit failure from four aspects of node interruption,road interruption,node congestion and road congestion,and formulates the corresponding improvement measures.In this research,the research of urban road network resilience promotion strategy can provide reference for the later theoretical research,and provide guidance and suggestions for the planning and construction of urban road network.
