The booming development of economic globalization has highly improved the frequency of international trade. As international shipments mostly based on sea transportation, which adding the importance of port in the international cooperation. During the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, China has paid high attention to the construction of port, which sharply increased the throughput capacity of port container. However, it also caused a lot of problems such as:larger pressure of port streets, severer traffic congestion. It has become extraordinarily significant to lightening the pressure of port streets and making the process of collection and distributing soomther.The sea-rail intermodal transportation emerges as the required of optimizing the construct of port collection and distributing system. It changes the domestic traditional collection and distributing mode that mainly based on roads, not only making the system more reasonable, but also improving its efficiency as well as service. This paper selects the input container flow of sea-rail intermodal transport as an object, then combine the roads inside port and the yards as a system to study the dynamic storage of the yard in the process of port collection and distributing, which will highten its efficiency.Firstly, this paper expounds the operation links of the container flow of sea-rail intermodal transportation in port, which contains shore operation link, horizontal transportation operation link, yard operation link, port-rail operation link and other links, and each link of container flow characteristics are analyzed in the end. Among them, each link of the mechanical performance and port information management system have reached a certain level, therefore, horizontal transportation operation link has become the bottleneck in the process of collection and distributing. So this paper studies the horizontal transportation operation link, combing with yard operation.In order to further clear the motion of container flow in the process of port collection and distributing, this paper introduces the analytic method of hydromechanics. On the basis of proving the port container flow has fluid properties, translating the study of container flow into the study of collection truck flow. Based on the comparison of each parameter between classical fluid and the truck flow in port, we can conclude the continuity equation and movement differential equation of the truck flow, and further deduce the quantitative relationship between collection truck flow’ speed, density and flow in its different motion states, based on all these statistics to optimize the process of port collection and distributing. In study of the process, this paper puts forward a new idea, regarding the yard as a "valve" of collection truck flow, adjusting the motion state of collection truck flow through controlling the in and out of the yard container volume. This paper uses the in and out of the yard container volume in each time period as control variables, uses the minimum whole time of the process and the minimum whole cost of storage as targets to build the mathematical model. And then transfer the multi-objective model into single objective model through the entropy weight method, and using the C++ programming language in the environment of Linux to solve the model in the end. After which we can conclude the dynamic storage plan of the yard in each period, coming with discharge quantity of container ship in each period and the proportion of railway transportation to obtain terminal loading and uploading line as well as dynamic plan to box of partition yard, providing the basis for railway transport organization plan. Finally, we choose Ningbo port as the object for empirical research. |
