Under the changing situation of global politics and trade pattern,"21st century Maritime Silk Road",as a new maritime trade road connecting China with the world,has a potential and important impact on the container transportation between Asia and Europe.First of all,in terms of the impact of trade volume,the implementation of the "21st century Maritime Silk Road"initiative will promote the growth of trade demand along "21the route,thus affecting the distribution structure of liner companies.Secondly,the establishment of the railway system connecting the southern European port hub and the interior of Europe is also changing the current shipping network,especially the two major ports Venice and Piraeus.Finally,since the implementation of the initiative,China has been increasing investment in the construction of foreign ports.When the subsidy policy is implemented on the maritime Silk Road,the transport price along it will be reduced.The emergence of subsidies will affect the price structure of the whole transportation network of liner companies.Therefore,under the influence of the current background,the design of shipping network between Asia and Europe is a very valuable research topic.This paper first reviews the research status of the hub location problem and the research status of The Belt and Road.Then,the classical hub location,hub arc location and hub line location are introduced.The common structure of liner shipping network is also introduced.Then the study analyzes the current situation of liner transportation network and the maritime Silk Road route.In the fourth chapter,the study focuses on the bilevel programming model of hub line location,in which the upper model aims to determine the best subsidy factor along the"21st century Maritime Silk Road",and the lower model aims to study how to locate the hub line of liner companies.By enumerating all different subsidy factors,the bilevel programming model is simplified into a single-layer model and solved by CPLEX.At last,the validity of the model is proved by an example,and the sensitivity analysis of the important parameters is carried out.This study not only analyzes the relationship between the attractiveness of the 21st century Maritime Silk Road and the amount of subsidies,but also provides a theoretical basis for the implementation and development of the initiative,and optimizes the hub line shipping network for liner companies in the new situation.
