Study On The Production Management Improvement Strategy Of E-type Engine Based On Conjugate Pair Method

After entering the 21st century,the process of globalization is faster and faster,and enterprises in various fields are facing severe tests in the complex market environment.Many domestic manufacturing enterprises try to copy the methods and tools of developed countries,but they do not use them well in combination with their own situations.They are not efficient in solving problems in production management,lack of logical system and methods,and it is difficult to consider problems systematically,comprehensively and innovatively,which makes these methods difficult to play a role.In this thesis,the lean production method and conjugate method are combined and applied to A company,aiming to solve the waste problem in engine production management more efficiently.By adding extension tools,a programmatic and quantified optimization process can be found in the process of finding and solving problems,so as to reduce unnecessary human,material and financial resources and generate improvement strategies more efficiently.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background and significance.The existing lean production methods cannot meet the needs of domestic enterprises well.This thesis tries to integrate the methods in extension theory into it to solve the problems in production management more efficiently.Then the research status of lean production and extension innovation methods and the basic methods and theories to solve the problems in production management are expounded.Secondly,through the collection of e-type engine production and operation status related information,customer demand information and other data and materials,draw the current value stream map.By means of value stream map analysis,the existing problems in production management are found out,and the objective and problem are formalized and quantified by means of conjugate pair analysis.Then,the goal set by the manager is to establish the correlation function of the compatibility degree,quantitatively determine the waste forms,and establish the relevant network of each waste model by using the extended analysis method,so as to clearly find the solution.The extension transform is used to carry out a variety of transformation operations on the influencing factors at the base level,so as to generate a variety of comprehensive strategies to solve the waste problem.Finally,the optimization evaluation method is used to quantitatively compare these expansion strategies,select the optimal improvement strategy,and draw the future value stream map.
