In recent years,with the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,the number of private cars has increased sharply.The complicated traffic routes,frequently traffic congestion and low parking resources utilization lead to the problem of difficult parking.Meanwhile,competition parking and large-scale cruising parking aggravate the traffic congestion resulting in environmental pollution.Therefore,the key to solve above problems is to design an intelligent,efficient and automated parking system.In this paper,an intelligent parking management system based on reservation is designed,and a dynamic pricing algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of imbalanced parking space.Parking lot and parking slot recommendation algorithm are also proposed for the user experience.Firstly,the research background and significance of this topic are analyzed through reading domestic and foreign related parking management literature.And the focus and unsolved problems of the existing intelligent parking solutions are pointed out.Then the content of the research topic and arrangement of this paper are given.Then,the general design of the reservation based intelligent parking system is given.Based on the analysis of the problems of the existing intelligent parking system,the design requirements of the reservation based intelligent parking system are given in this paper.From the two aspects of system structure and process,this paper gives a general introduction about the design.The overall architecture,database design,the structure of the data tables and the design of each module are introduced in details.Then,the design and simulation of the dynamic price adjustment algorithm are given.The existing parking reservation patterns and parking charging modes are introduced followed with the analysis of the influencing factors of parking slot selection.Besides,the unbalance of parking slot occupation is also proposed in this section.Aiming at the unbalance of parking slot occupancy in different parking lots,a dynamic price adjustment algorithm based on users’ group characteristics is proposed under the reservation mode.The algorithm dependents on the group distribution of the reservation information from the users who think highly of the parking price and the occupancy of parking lot during the last period.The prices are changed dynamically in order to balance the parking slot occupation and maximize the benefits of the parking managers.From the simulation data,we can see that the proposed dynamic pricing algorithm achieves the balance of the parking occupation in different parking lots and maximizes the profit of the parking lots at the same time.At last,the recommendation algorithm designs of the parking lots and parking slots are given.This paper gives the analysis of the influencing factors of the users’ parking behaviors and shows the subjective and objective factors that affect users’ choice of parking lots and parking slots.One kind of parking lot recommendation algorithm is designed based on users’ preference and the data of users’ selection with collecting users’ preference information implicitly which is proved to be able to provide more humanized parking lot recommendation service.At the same time,this system provides parking slot recommendation within a parking lot which can improve users’ parking experience,keep the balance of parking slots occupation,avoid more traffic congestion and obtain the improvement of parking efficiency.From the simulation data,we can draw the conclusions that the proposed algorithm considers the users’ subjective preference,and can track the change of the preference in a timely manner.Through the comparison of different parking recommendations,the proposed parking slot recommendation algorithms have a certain rationality and effectiveness.
