Study On The Development Process Of Residential Planning And Design In The Central Urban Area Of Qingdao Since The Reform And Opening Up

With the sound of the horn of reform and opening up,Qingdao,as one of the first coastal open cities in China,has made rapid economic development.With the opening of the domestic land market,the housing construction of the whole city has changed rapidly compared with the planned economy era.Due to its special colonial history and the nature of coastal port cities,Qingdao’s original urban construction planning concept has been influenced by strong Western ideas.The old urban area mainly exists in the form of open blocks,and the open blocks remain.The uniqueness of Qingdao’s own historical conditions and the promotion of the great wave of reform and opening up have made the development and evolution of residential areas immeasurable for more than 40 years.This paper chooses 1978 as the time range of residential development,which is divided into three periods according to China’s economic policy,Qingdao’s urban construction,Qingdao’s housing system reform,Qingdao’s housing construction and real estate industry market: 1978-1988,1989-1999,and 2000-In 2005,during the development period of socialist market economy,the changing stage of the concept of improving the living environment and the stage of diversified development of residential areas from 2006 to today are four stages.The paper is divided into three parts by means of literature reading,field research,combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,interdisciplinary research and other methods: the first part includes chapter one;the theoretical research part is the research of the main part of the paper from the aspects of,related research review,topic purpose and research significance,related concepts,research scope and content,research methods and technical routes Research provides theoretical basis.The second part is the second to the fifth chapters.According to the above four time periods,each chapter is a period.In each period,we will discuss the housing system reform,the overview of housing development and construction,the planning and design development under the influence of the design ideas and thoughts in this period,and the main influencing factors in Qingdao respectively by combining with specific typical cases The evolution of residential planning in Xincheng District.From the perspective of planning,this paper analyzes the planning and construction of residential areas in each period of Qingdao and summarizes the development process of residential areas.The third part is the sixth chapter,from the six aspects of the structure and layout of planning and design,road,public service facilities,green space,residential group space combination and residential area entrance space,respectively,to sort out the development process of the four periods,to provide experience and reference for the future development of Qingdao residential area.
