Research On Construction Cost Control Of Z Project In A Company

The construction industry in our country develops rapidly with the growth of the domestic economy,but the competition between the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce,which brings great pressure on the profitability of construction enterprises.Strengthening cost management is not only an important means for building construction enterprises to enhance their profitability,but also an important way to ensure their market competitiveness.The volume of Z real estate construction projects undertaken by A company is large.How to do a good job in cost control and ensure the benefits of the project under the premise of guaranteeing quality is of great significance to A company.This paper analyzes the cost control problem in the construction process and puts forward some measures to improve it.This paper first summarizes and analyzes the background,purpose and significance of the research,as well as the literature on project cost management at home and abroad,and defines and classifies the project cost.The objective cost method,work decomposition structure method,PDCA theory and other related theories are summarized and summarized to provide theoretical guidance for the research of this paper.Through analyzing the background,general situation,work structure decomposition,cost Constitution,cost management plan and influencing factors of the Z real estate construction project of Company A,this paper points out that the project is formulated and managed in the target cost.There are three problems in the control of the main cost influencing factors and the management of construction period.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward the improvement measures from three aspects:the detailed decomposition and management of cost factors,the control of key cost factors in the construction process,and the strengthening period management.At the same time,in order to promote the implementation of the improvement measures,this chapter puts forward the guarantee measures from three aspects:improving the cost organization of the project construction,controlling the cost according to the construction cycle path,and standardizing the cost control control.
