With the continuous development of the industrial age,there are more and more vehicles in the plateau area.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the dynamic performance and economy of vehicles in the plateau area.For a long time,the diesel engine supercharging problem in the plateau area has been the primary problem for the diesel engine manufacturers.This thesis mainly studies the diesel engine of sequential turbocharing system,sequential turbocharing system usually apply two or more than two turbocharger for pressurization,this paper applies the two turbocharger for pressurization of different size,when the diesel engine work under the working condition of low,only a small turbocharger running,under the working condition of high size two electric supercharger are run,so that they can better solve the problem of poor performance and economics of diesel engine at high altitude.Paper introduces the internal combustion engine turbo technology and plateau pressurization technology research both at home and abroad,and the sequential turbocharing technology are illustrated,the GT-POWER is given in the software module is the main part of the mathematical model,and has carried on the detailed instructions to part model,after completion of the original machine model of the original machine model for the simulation calculation of diesel engine,and then the simulation compares the calculated data and experimental data,illustrates the error range of data,to determine the reliability of the model and the accuracy of the data,According to the design requirements of diesel engine power and fuel consumption of sequential turbocharing system should provide the volume and pressure ratio are calculated,according to the results match the supercharger,sequential turbocharing system model is established and the simulation calculation,through the comparison of simulation data and experimental data shows that the advantage of the diesel engine after equipped with sequential turbocharing system.Equipped with sequential turbocharing system of diesel engine in the elevation of the working conditions are studied,and the simulation of diesel engine under different elevation calculation,the simulation calculation data and the original machine in the plains of the elevation and compares the working performance of the original machine,found by comparing with the sequential turbocharing system of diesel engine working condition of low with small turbocharger matching is good,the working condition of high and large turbocharger matching is good,can very good to improve the high altitude environment of the decline of the diesel engine performance and fuel economy.
