This paper mainly unifies with scientific research item, its goal is raises the YC6J270 diesel engine's power, power performances and so on torque, makes the engine to increase from original 199kW to 235kW. Raises the power one after another through the use supercharging system, simultaneously causes diesel engine's is also improved in low operating mode situation power and the economical performance.Mainly uses the GT-POWER software for supercharging system's performance study, carries on the analog simulation computation to the YC6J270 diesel engine, the obtained related performance parameter carries on the comparison with its experiment parameter. In the original machine foundation, makes the improvement to the exhaust gas system, causes it to increase the depressor and the diesel engine teamwork work in the low operating mode by one, the high operating mode two pressure intensifiers also move.First to the original machine analog simulation computation, through inputs original machine corresponding the data, obtained with the empirical datum quite close result. On the one hand might confirm the feasibility which the software calculated, on the other hand has also provided the model basis for the supercharging system. Then carries on the analog computation according to the design paraphrase following the supercharging system, its goal in raises the power in the foundation, but causes the diesel engine low speed operating condition worsening. The result output in the power, the torque, the power density, the air-fuel ratio, the cylinder the biggest explosion pressure data to indicate: To supercharging system's improvement is reasonable, compares the original machine each kind of operating condition, not only has increased the power in the high speed situation, enhanced each performance index, also caused in the low operating mode situation has increased the air-fuel ratio, optimized the combustion.Using Sequential supercharging system can raising the power, but cause the cylinder internal combustion get high pressure and the temperature, In face this question,use some effect method can improve it. Strengthen intercool, improved the exhaust gate, methods and so on optimized combustion may solve effectively to the question. But in low operate condition,the intake may be over cold. The exhaust flows in backward and so on questions, may through the use invariable section in intercooler, the adjustable valve lash enters method solutions and so on. And uses the FLUENT software carry on the flow field simulation computation for the invariable intercooler section.
