Urban rail traffic is a comfortable,safe,high-speed,large-voluxne transportation mode,which can greatly improve the transportation capacity of our cities.With the rapid development of urban rail traffic,there i5 a shortage of talent supply in urban rail traffie,especially insufficient talents in technical field.Recently,most of metro companies still use the decommissioned equipment for training,this will lead to engineers cannot keep pace with the development of modem technology,and reduce work efficiency.What else,the equipment's update is slow and expensive,which greatly reduces the effect of the learning.Therefore,it is especially necessary to design a mature and simple subway simulation training device.In this paper,a design scheme of subway simulation training device is proposed for the appeal problem,which has completed the design of the door control system in the training device as well.This design subdivides the door control device into three parts:mechanical part,electrical box part and HMI.The mechanical part completes the layout design of the gate device and the linkage design between the devices.The electrical box part completes the planning of the area where each door controller is located,and the overall structural design of the electrical components involved in each area.The HMI completes the overall design of the human-computer interaction function.This paper specifically implements the device selection of the gate device,and completed the system hardware circuit design.According to the workflow of the door control system,the PLC program and the human-machine interaction program of the gate control system are programmed.PLC program realizes functions such as centralized control,door closing,obstacle detection,pedal linkage,sound and light alarn.What's more,a friendly HMI was developed by MCGS configuration software,which realizes real-time dynamic display of the door control system.Finally,through the software and hardware debugging of the door control system,look for and correct deficiencies in the design,so that the door control system can operate safer and more stably under the premise of ensuring basic functions.This thesis,the design of door control system is composed of the PLC control and the HMI display to realize the automation of the door control system,so that the trainers can grasp the working principle of the real metro door control system more quickly and accurately,and improve the maintenance.Door control system also solve the problems of low level of training for urban rail traffic technicians,which make up for the shortcomings of urban rail traffic training devices within domestic and aboard.
