As a traditional power generation device,diesel generator sets are widely used in various fields of the national economy.The fuel economy and pollution emissions of diesel generator sets have always been an urgent problem to be solved.Since the diesel generator set is a high fuel consumption device,and the fuel as a non-renewable energy,the fuel economy of the diesel engine is particularly important.In addition,in recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to environmental protection issues and has formulated strict emission standards,which puts higher demands on the emission of diesel generator sets.The traditional mechanical speed control method can not meet the output characteristics of diesel generator sets.The development of electronic technology provides conditions for electronic speed control.The electronic speed control system is superior to traditional machinery in terms of control accuracy,responsiveness and stability.The electronic speed control has become one of the main means of modern diesel generator set speed regulation.This project is based on the major project of the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Liaoning Province in 2018,which is key technology research on fuel injection electronic control of locomotives diesel engine,and carries out research work on diesel engine speed regulation of diesel generator sets.Through researching and analyzing of the composition,working principle and performance index of the electronic speed control system,the design scheme of the electronic speed control system of the diesel engine is proposed according to the working characteristics of the diesel generator set.The whole electronic speed control system includes an electronic control unit.Sensors and fuel supply actuator.Firstly,the electronic speed control algorithm of diesel engine is researched.The electronic speed control model is established by Matlab/Simulink simulation software.Three kinds of electronic speed control algorithm models which are traditional incremental PID control,improved integral separation PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control are verified.The simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is superior to the other two algorithms in stability and responsiveness,and the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is determined as the control algorithm of this thesis.Secondly,the system hardware design is carried out,with the NXP microcontroller MC9S12XEP100 as the core,the minimum system circuits,power supply circuits,input signal processing circuits,output signal drive circuits and communication circuits are designed in detail.Then system software is carried out based on the hardware and control algorithm,CodeWarrior as software development environment,using modular,hierarchical software design methods,the system software is divided into three parts:the bottom layer,the communication layer and the application layer.Around the speed control task of the diesel engine,in order to eliminate the influence of the working environment on the signals acquisition,to adopt digital filter to switch signals and analog signals,and then calculate the diesel engine speed by using the period measuring method.In order to achieve the control of the fuel supply regulator,to control the regulator drive current by changing the duty ratio of the PWM.Finally,the CCP calibration protocol is designed for the human-computer interaction between the upper computer and the electronic speed control unit,and the HT-LINK upper computer software is used to monitor and calibrate state parameters of engine.According to the design requirements of the project,a simulation experiment platform was built to simulate and verify the electronic speed control system of the diesel generator set.Firstly,do tests for the power module,the fuel supply actuator position signal,the speed signal,the fuel supply actuator drive signal and the communication of upper and low computer respectively.Then,the open-loop response of the fuel supply actuator was tested to verify its dynamic and static characteristics.Finally,the overall control test of the electronic speed control system is carried out,and the test results basically achieve the design requirements.
