Research On Construction Of Passenger Comprehensive Transport Service Level Evaluation Model

The development of passenger comprehensive transport services has been the tendency of transportation industry development in our country.In order to ensure that the passenger comprehensive transport services can quickly,continuously and healthy development,to accurately recognize and grasp the level of passenger comprehensive transport service,and to further discover the problems can be resolved in time in the development of passenger transport services.So it is the key to the passenger comprehensive transportation to evaluate the passenger transport service level by using the scientific model.While most of the existing models evaluated from a single mode of transport or a comprehensive hub.Selection methods are mostly simple and lacking in certain persuasion,also it cannot evaluate the passenger transport service level accurately.So the paper aims to build a scientific and effective evaluation model of passenger comprehensive transport services,obtain the scientific evaluation results of passenger comprehensive transport services.Firstly,this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics,obstacles and factors that should be considered in the passenger comprehensive transport services,through the comparison and analysis of qualitative and quantitative methods,the CSI model is selected as the evaluation model.According to the passenger comprehensive transport services features,the evaluation initial model(CTS-PSI)is stetted up.Taking seven dimensions into consideration,station service perception,transfer service perception,aboard service perception,consumer value perception,passenger satisfaction,passenger loyalty and visitors complain;Second,build the index system according to the model and determine the index weight,if passed the scientific test,the passenger comprehensive transport services level evaluation model is stetted up,or return to modify;Finally,taking Shaanxi Province as an example,to verify the effectiveness and of evaluation model.Then using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the primary index weight,with the objective value assignment method to determine the secondary and tertiary index weight.Lastly,according to the formula,the satisfaction indexes of passenger comprehensive transport services in Shaanxi Province are calculated,paper analyzes the questionnaire data by the importance-performance analysis evaluation index,and obtains the evaluation result.It is found that the CTS-PSI model is scientific and effective,and it can accurately evaluate the passenger comprehensive transport service level.The empirical results show that,the satisfaction indexes of passenger comprehensive transport services in Shaanxi Province was 3.35,between general satisfaction and more satisfied,there is much room to improve.We should strive to improve the level of comprehensive transport services-passenger in Shaanxi Province from four aspects,namely,to enhance the transfer convenience,to enhance the service level of the station staff,to enhance the handling speed of the security problem,and to.enhance the availability of the vehicle media.
