Application Of Lean Construction In Cost Management Of Hardbound House Project

Many domestic and foreign literatures are mainly theoretical researches on the design,construction,quality control,risk control and future outlook of refined decoration of residential buildings,most of which consider the key points of cost control and effective measures to be taken from the perspective of real estate developers.There is a lack of systematic theoretical research on the cost control from the perspective of decoration and construction enterprises,and also a lack of quantitative analysis and research on the specific analysis of construction costs with specific projects.This paper uses lean cost management method to analyze the effectiveness of the cost management of decoration and decoration,which provides a very favorable theoretical basis for decoration and decoration construction enterprises.Construction enterprises can use lean construction tools to apply to cost management,so as to control the cost within a reasonable range.Based on the existing theory of general cost management,this paper puts forward the concept of lean cost control,which makes the application of cost management in the construction project of the hardcover room more effective.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to project cost management is studied,clothbound room clothbound room with W project as an example,the analysis of the practical application of lean cost management,the goal of cost management,from human,material,mechanical machine-team three aspects to carry on the analysis,Compare and analyze the actual cost and the planned cost,find out the reason why the two are not equal and take effective measures to get the maximum profit.Utilizing lean thinking in the construction project,the construction enterprise can maximize reduce the loss in the project construction in the process of construction,can maximize the analysis of the material price fluctuations in the process of construction of construction enterprise to bring the price risk,can effective use of labor costs,maximize improve labor efficiency,reduce the unnecessary labor time of workers,improve the necessary labor time,thus reducing costs;It can optimize the construction process,continuously improve the construction process,optimize the resources,and greatly reduce the construction cost.
