With the development of rail transit,the scale of map station is getting larger and larger,the number of transfer stations is increasing,and the transfer modes are also different.Most of the transfer stations adopt the underground building mode.The space is relatively closed,and there is no reference around,which is not conducive to the correct perception of the overall layout of passengers.In view of this,the design of guidance system becomes the key to improve the service quality of transfer stations,and it is an important prerequisite for passengers to obtain efficient travel experience.In this paper,quality function deployment(QFD)is used to improve the quality of the guidance system.Taking Nanchang Metro Central station as a set of products,and each component of the system as a part,through the investigation of passenger satisfaction and demand,combined with the product quality status of Metro Central station transfer guidance system,the existing problems are found out,and QFD is used to optimize the different types of problems,so as to improve the station transfer guidance system The quality of the guidance system.Through a large number of questionnaire survey and data analysis,the existing problems of the guide sign system of subway building station transfer are statistically obtained and classified.Then,QFD is used to classify the problems and various optimization schemes are obtained.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)in the design stage,the layout of guide sign is more important than other elements,so it is necessary to The guiding signs should be arranged more reasonably and scientifically according to the principles of people flow path and human vision range;(2)in the production stage,the product brightness,distinguishability,maintainability and technology should be the key points of priority improvement,so the LED light source with longer life and higher brightness can be selected,the structure of the product should be modular,and the performance of the product should be integrated into high Science and technology;(3)in the operation and management stage,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of the basic knowledge of the guide sign system.The basic knowledge of the guide sign system can be popularized to passengers in the form of electronic screen or brochure,so that passengers can get the corresponding information from the guide system more quickly.All in all,with the progress of science and technology,the continuous improvement of living standards,passengers' demand for transfer oriented signage system is also increasing.We should break the shackles of traditional concepts,and more scientific,high-tech,high-level improvement of the transfer oriented system of metro stations.
