Research On Cost Management Of Public Cultural Building Project

Along with our country economy level and the quality of the citizens as a whole,the social public cultural construction have strong support from local governments,in recent years,the government for public cultural construction of the project investment scale increases year by year,the construction project is increasing,but the level of public culture construction engineering project cost control technology and plays a significant role in the development of the current project construction speed out of sync,many deep-seated problems exposed in the construction work of the.In addition,the funds of public cultural construction projects are usually funded by local governments.If the actual expenditure is out of line with the budget,it will easily lead to the waste of government and social funds and affect the development of local or national public cultural undertakings.Therefore,it has become the common expectation of relevant institutions and managers to effectively realize the rational and efficient utilization of funds and the effective management and control of project costs in public cultural construction projects.Based on the public cultural construction engineering project cost management as the research point,through the research of public cultural construction of the project cost control factors,and based on the project of Haihunhou Guo ruins museum of Han Dynasty in Nanchang analysis the cost of the project plan,construction organization and management,cost analysis,cost assessment mechanism and present situation and the problem of staffing,earned value method was applied to find out the project cost problems and the reasons of the deviation,and from the perfect cost management mechanism,reasonable preparation of cost plan,set up the target cost,strengthen cost process control and optimization of staffing optimization measures are put forward,Finally,through the implementation of optimization measures,the project of Haihunhou Guo ruins museum of Han Dynasty in Nanchang realized the dynamic management of the cost,and the actual cost was 25.58million yuan less than the planned cost,which improved the economic benefits and finally promoted the benign and sustainable development of the public cultural building project.
