| Observing earth satellite is a kind of optical transmission satellite which acquires valuable information by observing earth targets to obtain high resolution remote sensing images, is playing more and more important role in detection of entironment and zoology, evaluation of agriculture and forestry, mapping and reconnaissance of war field, it has unparalleled advantage specially in communication,reconnaissance and navigation.The imaging scheduling of satellite, considering constraint conditions such as load,station,entironment and so on, makes decision that satellite images at when,where,what angle,how long and which station to transmite imaging datas. So the research of this article is aimed at how to make decision to make most use of single satellite resources and acquire the maximization benefit of satellite system. The main contents are as follows:1,On the base of analyzing satellite imaging process and imaging conditions thoroughly, we indicated the defects of existing solving framework of imaging scheduling, and a new solving framework was propoesd.2,Based on the new proposed solving framework, the integer programming model to satellite imaging scheduling was proposed, and adopted the idea of muti-objective optimization. Two algorithm were proposed to get optimal and workable imaging scheduling, one was multi-objective GA which aimed at big scale problem, the other was multi-objective label-setting algorithm which aimed at small scale problem.3,We firstly proposed the model of constraint modification—time ordered graph model, and abstract the constraint modification problem to the optimal path problem of node with cost. Then we proposed a multi-objective constraint modification algorithm based on lable-setting to get optimal constraint modification schedulings which make most use of satellite resources.4,For a high resolution observing earth satellite of our country, we designed a expert decision-making system of satellite plan scheduling which creats some optimal and workable imaging schedulings which save the manpower, promote the efficiency of command management and improve the benefit of satellite system. |
