As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry has maintained a steady and rapid pace of development for a long time,its construction scale is increasing year by year,however,the current construction industry exists the problems of low production efficiency,mode of production,high energy consumption,technology and management is relatively backward,the contradiction between the current situation of its rapid development and relatively backward management gradually highlights.Firstly,this paper applies building information modeling technology and expands international standard of construction industry foundation classes,establishes a unified multidimensional optimization model with three dimensions of progress,cost and quality,it provides a unified model for exchanges and shares BIM data among different information management systems,in which multi-objective optimization data are taken from the multi-objective mathematical model of improved adaptive genetic algorithm;Secondly,in the research of multi objective management,this paper analyzes the process with construction progress cost information management,designs the main function module of quality management information system based on BIM,structures multi objective construction information integrated management architecture,all those provide theory,method and technology for the exchange,sharing and integration of schedule,cost and quality target information in the process of project construction.Finally,from an actual case,it is proved that the method and technology proposed in this paper is feasible and effective.this study can help to realize the management and control of the three major goals of the project construction,and promote the popularization and application of BIM technology in the construction industry.
