As the construction wave of China's second-and third-tier cities and roads and railways continues to grow, and the scale of infrastructure construction in developing countries and regions such as the Middle East and Africa, which is closely cooperating with China's infrastructure,is also steadily developing, the demand for concrete is increasing. At this stage, commercial concrete is mainly used as the main source.Commercial concrete is generally produced in a fixed mixing station, and then transported using a special mixing truck.Although the concrete mixing station is produced through a strict production process, the quality of the output can be guaranteed, but the transportation process is full of uncertainties. If the distance from the mixing station to the construction site is long,long-term transportation can easily lead to concrete denaturation Thus affecting the quality of construction. The mobile concrete mixing station avoids the long-term transportation of concrete, but each time the location needs to be disassembled and assembled, and then it can be produced after debugging, which cannot meet the changing conditions of the construction site.In order to solve this kind of problem, this subject designed a mobile concrete batching and mixing system based on virtual instrument technology.Add equipment such as mixing ingredients to its own mobile platform with power, and rely on its own power generation system to solve the power supply problem. It can directly reach the construction site to mix and discharge the material and use it on the spot, which greatly saves transportation costs and time. This system uses the combination of LabVIEW and industrial control computer, using the powerful programming ability of Lab VIEW and the high-speed calculation processing speed of industrial control computer to realize the fully automated operation of the process of starting, batching, data recording and other processes of the mixing system.LabVIEW has multiple communication methods, and the industrial computer has multiple communication interfaces. The combination of the two and the wireless node can realize the overall monitoring of the system. The instrument interface is designed by combining graphics and data to display the working status of the system more intuitively, and it is convenient to set various system parameters. The system is simple in operation, stable in operation, and accurate in batching, which greatly meets the requirements of many construction sites. The subject mainly carried out the following research:1.The hardware structure of the mixing platform is designed.According to the characteristics of the materials,a suitable transportation method is selected, and various execution mechanisms for the transportation of materials are combined to complete the batching process.2.According to the characteristics of the system,a communication method combining wired communication and wireless communication is designed.Wired communication is used for high frequency and short distance signal collection, and wireless communication is used for low frequency and long distance signal collection. In response to the problem of communication interference,a series of measures have been taken to minimize the impact of electromagnetic interference on the system.3.According to different material transportation methods, the corresponding measurement method is designed to achieve accurate measurement of raw materials such as stone, powder and liquid.4.The software of the control system is designed, the running process of the system is controlled by Lab VIEW programming, the information collected by the sensors, and the algorithms such as filtering and integration are used to calculate the accumulated amount of various materials to make the ingredients more accurate.
