Study On The Protection And Activation Of Mianyang Third-line Construction Industrial Heritage Living Area From The Perspective Of Memory Places

Three-line construction as an important part of industrial heritage,industrial heritage living area provides a new direction for the urban development and the opportunity,and at the time the society brought a lot of positive influence for the people,it contains the value of industrial heritage,is the witness of historical and cultural city,is the carrier of industrial memory,is a place where residents form cognition,produce place reliance on important basis.However,with the passing of time,the legacy of the product of The Times in the urban development is gradually into a dilemma.How to face up to its unique significance,extend its deep value,retainresidents' collective memory,and promote the rational development of living areas is the core of this paper.From the perspective of memory sites and the protection and reuse of industrial heritage,this paper takes the living area of chaoyang factory in mianyang city as an example,analyzes the value of living area sites,and puts forward strategies for the protection and activation of living area memory sites by comprehensively considering the current situation of the sites and the cognition of residents.The specific contents are as follows:(1)The first combed the industrial heritage living quarters,value evaluation,memory and other related research literature,through the reading of related research at home and abroad,the value of industrial heritage living area memory place structure,evaluation system and upgrading principle has carried on the induction summary,methods,ways and so on,and extract the important factors in the design research related issues.(2)Conduct a systematic survey on the industrial heritage living areas in mianyang city,and conduct a statistical analysis on the status quo of 15 research objects in terms of location conditions,building overview,spatial layout,environmental quality,site distribution,emotional cognition and development conditions for follow-up research by using field survey and interview methods.(3)Build a comprehensive value evaluation system for industrial heritage living areas based on the statistical information of current research,including two first-level indicators of its own value and ontology condition;There are 6 secondary indicators of historical value,scientific and technological value,environmental value,emotional value,location condition and infrastructure condition.There are 17 three-level indexes,such as construction age,historical events,construction land scale,natural environment quality,etc.,and the comprehensive value of 15 living areas is evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method.The result shows that the comprehensive value of living areas in chaoyang factory is the highest.(4)Based on the results of comprehensive value evaluation of the visit of chaoyang factory living area in more detail and depth interview method,used to extract the living area 11 important places of memory,and summarizes the spatial features of 11 places,from the cognitive and behavioral and emotional level to study the residents to place identity and interactive relationship.(5)Combined with the research results mentioned above(4),on the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of the living area and 11 memory placesin chaoyang factory,this paper proposes the updated design strategy from five aspects:space,culture,architecture,road network and landscape system.
