| Although our country is vast and rich,it is also a big energy consuming country.With people paying more and more attention to the environment and increasing awareness of environmental protection,energy-saving materials and energy-saving technology are widely used in building energy-saving design.In building energy-saving design,not only the feasibility of energy-saving technology should be considered,but also the economy and function of energy-saving materials and buildings should be considered comprehensively according to the thermal performance parameters such as heat transfer coefficient and shading coefficient of energy-saving materials.This paper first discusses the necessity of developing building energy efficiency,and introduces the development status and significance of building energy efficiency design at home and abroad.Secondly,it focuses on the methods of energy-saving design of domestic buildings.Through the main points of energy-saving design of office buildings,it makes a comparative analysis of building envelope structure,door and window materials,thermal insulation materials,etc.Taking an office building in Chengdu as an example in hot summer and cold winter area,this paper calculates the thermal performance parameters of the original design scheme from the three aspects of the exterior wall,roof and window of the envelope structure,and compares them with the Standard for Energy Conservation Design of Public Buildings(GB50189-2015),and uses PEBCA to analyze the building energy conservation.According to the calculation of office building and reference building,the energy consumption per unit area of air conditioning,heating and cumulative energy consumption per unit area of a whole year are obtained.Because the energy-saving effect of the office building is not significant,the energy-saving design optimization of its envelope structure is carried out.Through screening out the common practices of the envelope structure in 15 practical projects that have met the energy-saving design standards of public buildings in China,three methods of each of the three major components are selected.The main and secondary factors affecting the air-conditioning,heating and annual power consumption of the nine schemes are determined by using PEBCA and the extremum method of orthogonal analysis,and the main and secondary factors affecting the air-conditioning,heating and annual power consumption of the nine schemes are determined.Optimum material combination for air conditioning,heating and annual power consumption.By using LCCNPV,the optimal scheme,optimal scheme and least economical scheme of nine kinds of enclosure material combination are determined,and the difference of LCCAof the optimal scheme and least economical scheme is calculated. |
