In recent years,Zhengzhou has been actively developing the rail transit construction.Since the constructing space locates at the shallow underground space together with the municipal pipelines and other urban lifelines,conflicts arise inevitably during the project construction with all kinds of the currently used municipal pipelines under the urban roads.Therefore,at the preliminary period of the project construction,a large number of issues regarding municipal pipelines relocation will be involved.The rain and sewage pipeline relocation project,as an important part of the rail transit pipeline relocation work,is the key point of controlling the project cost risk.As a result,if the cost risk factors could be analyzed during the construction and management,the uncontrollability of the project cost could be reduced effectively and the construction efficiency could be increased.This paper develops and researches the identification and analysis the cost risk factors for the rain and sewage pipelines relocation project in Zhengzhou rail transit construction.This research firstly utilizes the grounded theory to systematically identify the cost risk factors of Zhengzhou rain and sewage pipeline relocation project and collects data using deep-interview method.Through the three-level coding of the grounded theory,36 initial concepts have been identified as well as16 cost risk factors,which are divided into 4 main categories.These factors have reached the theoretical saturation state after being filtered by saturation examination,and then establish the cost risk factor index system.This research then analyzes and assesses the importance of cost risk factors again,chooses the combinatorial weighting analysis and assessment combining the compromise coefficient method,and establishes the combinatorial weighting model of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight analysis,and identifies the key risk factors using ABC classification method.This research takes the preliminary rain and sewage pipeline relocation project of Zhengzhou QLY rail transit station as an example and then applies the establishedcost risk index system and the combinatorial weighting analysis and assessment method.After analyzing the cost risk factors of this specific project,collecting data through questionnaire and making the factor weighting calculation with combinatorial weighting method,seven key risk factors of this project have ultimately been identified including personnel techniques and skills,project construction experience,procurement risk,environmental protection and other policy risk,construction environment,organization and coordination work and design risk.Meanwhile,countermeasures are put forward for each key risk factor.The cost risk identification and weighting analysis and assessment method in this research have some referential value for the cost risk management of rain and sewage pipeline relocation project in rail transit construction.
