With a large number of new energy vehicle charging piles put into use,the existing power supply capacity of the power grid system will inevitably cause a "peak + peak" impact,which will certainly affect the operation of the system,or even cause local power failure.Taking 110 kV substation as an example,this paper considers photovoltaic power generation and charging pile as a whole,and improves the coordinated control system.The specific work is as follows:1.This paper introduces the composition of 110 kV substation system,analyzes the load characteristics of electric load,photovoltaic,new energy vehicle charging pile,and mainly analyzes the impact of charging pile on the power grid.2.The coordination strategy of new load in substation is put forward,which includes power prediction of power generation and consumption unit,distribution and allocation of charging piles,and power allocation of substation.For the new load,take the charging pile of new energy vehicles as an example.3.The overall scheme of the charge pile load coordination control system in 110 kV substation is designed,including the scheme of cloud control system and hardware control system.4.The software control system is designed to integrate Kingview,Matlab,PLC and database.Realize the functions of forecasting,monitoring,new load deployment,three-level load sorting,etc.Based on the actual automation system of substation,this paper starts with the dynamic change law,and then puts forward the decision-making,trying to replace the manual operation.Make full use of photovoltaic energy,reasonably allocate the number of charging piles online,realize the reasonable distribution of electrical energy in the substation,reduce the impact of load,and realize the safe operation of the substation.The conclusion of this paper can be used for reference in the performance upgrading of substation automation system.
