There are many difficulties in the use of charging piles.For example,the design of charging piles has no uniform standard,and users of different ages have difficulty in reading and understanding the charging process,and the payment platform is not compatible.The lack of standards and high costs and radiation has made it difficult to popularize the wireless charging technology of vehicles,although vehicle wireless charging technology has relatively convenient and friendly experience in theory.The vehicle driverless technology has also developed rapidly in recent years.In the future,electric cars can be charged at charging stations,which like the unattended gas stations that CNPC and Alibaba have co-developed,will not be involved in the whole process with the rapid development of pilotless automobile.Based on the characteristics of conventional charging piles,this paper designed and developed a new charging device integrating automatic charging and manual charging,which not only solves the practical problems in charging service,but also provides new ideas for the development of charging infrastructure and electric vehicles.The thesis mainly includes the following contents.(1)This paper analyzed the functional requirements of electric vehicle users and operation managers on charging piles.The function and technical route of charging piles to be designed in this thesis are developed,which is based on the study of the functions and characteristics of existing charging piles.(2)The charging port is respectively positioned by machine vision technology and split wide angle ranging technology.In this paper,the application situation,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared,and the minimum distance iteration algorithm based on wide angle ranging technology is proposed.(3)The main control board of charging pile and the control panel of manipulator are drawn using Altium designer software.Through SolidWorks software,some mechanical parts of the automatic docking system are designed,and the results are printed in 3D printer.The control software of charging piles and experimental cars is developed using C language,which is developed respectively by two IDE,RVMDK and Codewarrior.The communication protocol between charging pile main control board and charging pile peripherals,electric car and background management system have been designed.(4)The split wide angle ranging experiment can provide data support for the space positing of the charging port.The automatic docking charging experiment shows the accurate docking of the charging gun and charging port including charging and remote ending charging function.The manual charging experiment shows that the pile is compatible with the conventional charging mode.The experimental results show that the pile can identify two types of vehicles independently,and can accept the remote control of the remote control system.The automatic charging mode solves the problem of the complicated charging operation and the incompatibility of payment platform,which also improves the intellectualization of charging service.
