With the increasing demand for talents in control,the traditional training mode of control can no longer meet the requirements of the bureau,resulting in many problems such as insufficient analysis and excessive training load.In order to improve the single feedback of the simulator results,to assist faculty students' ability of training assessment and evaluation,this article embarks from the index data,ability,three aspects of the radar simulator training quality evaluation research,optimizing the allocation of the index weights,enrich the data form of training,reduce the human teaching burden.This paper summarizes the basic index contents that meet the requirements of the operation of front-line control posts and the documents of ATC office.Then entropy weight fusion algorithm is adopted to dynamically adjust the weight of the index system so that the score can follow the training progress.Then,the correlation of numerical index data was analyzed,and the expression method of students' ability was studied to show students' ability.Finally,the flight path data of the simulator is processed and the automatic evaluation of interval efficiency is realized.Three aspects of the research are based on different algorithm models.The entropy weight fusion weighted algorithm and TOPSIS algorithm are used to improve the entropy weight algorithm and determine the rationality of the weighted fusion algorithm.Combined with TOPSIS method,the index completion degree of student group was analyzed effectively.Ability analysis is based on factor analysis and confidence interval.Factor analysis solves the problem that quality ability is difficult to be quantified subjectively.Meanwhile,confidence interval is used to screen students' ability.The simulator data analysis is based on the common3 D flight path algorithm,and the simulator data are processed twice to obtain alarm,conflict,interval and other relevant information,and assist the instructor to conduct training quality assessment.At last,the program is written in MATLAB and the algorithms in three research aspects are verified.The results show that the algorithm can not only meet the actual training situation,but also optimize the accuracy of traditional training evaluation.In this paper,the evaluationof the training quality of the radar control simulator is completed with the new report card as the complete embodiment of the evaluation.
