With China’s rapid economic growth,improving the city’s cultural image and people’s quality of life has become the focus of people’s livelihood.In order to accelerate the urbanization,the government has invested a lot of money to building large-scale public buildings.Large-scale public building projects are often huge,involving many stakeholders and their relationships are often complex,so analysing large-scale public buildings based on the perspective of stakeholder is particularly important.This paper mainly uses the stakeholder value network theory to study large-scale public construction projects,based on the social exchange theory and stakeholder theory building a stakeholder value network and highlight important value paths to optimize project management and realizing the visualization and quantification of the network relationship among project stakeholders.The main contents are as follows:(1)Establishing stakeholder value network model of large-scale public buildings.First,identify the stakeholders and identify their specific needs based on the stakeholder characteristics template.Secondly,a qualitative value network model is established for stakeholders of large-scale public buildings.In this step,the value exchanges among stakeholders are defined as the value flow based on the social exchange theory;and the multilateral relationship between stakeholders is expressed in the same framework so as to realize the visualization of value flows.Finally,a quantitative model of the value network of stakeholders in large-scale public buildings is established.This step is to evaluate the value flow through the feedback of the questionnaires and interviews,so as to realize the quantification of the relationship between stakeholders.(2)Analyzing stakeholder value network of large public buildings.We mainly identify the important value flow of stakeholder value network and search the important exchange path in the whole construction project;and evaluate the value acquisition ability of stakeholders in the network and study the importance of theposition of each stakeholder in the whole construction process;According to the obtained data,the key problems in the management of large public buildings projects are determined,and the conflicts in the project are reduced through the management of the focus issues.So the project objectives can be realized more efficient.(3)Case analysis.In this step,we use stakeholder value network model to analyse the Zhengzhou Olympic sports center project.We use the model to analyze the importance of the stakeholders in the actual project,and rank the interaction among the stakeholders in the model,that is,the value flow,so as to identify the value path with high score and highlight the focus management problem.In summary,in the study of the value network of stakeholders in large-scale public buildings,the stakeholders involved in large-scale public building projects are taken as nodes,and the exchange relationship between stakeholders is represented by value flows.Finally,the visualization and quantification of complex value flows are realized by assigning values.This study provides a practical reference for the promotion of management and sustainable development of large-scale public buildings. |
