The Applicaion Of Modular Design Method In Product Design

In the design practice,it is found that modular design is a widely used design method.Through in-depth study and other design theories,modular design is further explored and explained.At the same time,in order to make the modular design method easier to learn and master,the design method is classified based on different learning groups.The main research contents are as follows:1.Design methods are classified according to students and designers.There are many books and documents about design methods,but most of them are researched from design thinking,design skills,design research combined with design scheme and so on.They are not suitable for students' stage learning because of too many commercial design contents.On this basis,the design method is classified according to the learning population.At the same time,the design method for the learning needs of the students is proposed.This research can help students to construct their own design methods.2.The modular design is further studied and explained in the light of system engineering,science of affairs and design ecology.Taking people,products and environment as three different modules,on the basis of studying the relationship among them,the paper studies the modular design method from three logical directions of space,time and emotion.3.Based on the three logics,modular design method is applied in product design.At the same time,we share the design method to the students of this major in many colleges and universities in the way of network live broadcast for many times,and get feedback from the students to constantly adjust and improve the research content.
