Study On The Post Occupency Evaluation In Open Plant Theme Park In Changzhou

This paper chooses Changzhou Zijing Park,Lotus Park and Xilin Park as the research objects,through the methods of desk research,field investigation,questionnaire investigation and on-site interview,from the object itself and tourists' feedback two aspects,to evaluate the status and use of open plant theme park in changzhou.At the same time,analysis on the theme of tourists enjoy plant preference,such as rose,lotus and sweet-scented osmanthus.Taking Changzhou Heyuan Park as an example,the optimization design is discussed with the evaluation results.The study mainly from the following five aspects:(1)First,the concept of open city park,plant special garden and post use evaluation is defined.Systematic review of the research progress on plant theme parks and post use evaluation at home and abroad.Establish the POE process model of the open plant theme park in Changzhou.(2)Secondly,desk research and field research in-depth of Changzhou Zijing Park,Lotus Park and Xilin Park.From the overall planning and location,green landscape design,management status and other aspects of the comparative analysis,compared the fixed position of the park.(3)Questionnaire survey and field interview in Changzhou open plant theme park,carry out analysis data,analysis of the five aspects of basic characteristics,behavior characteristics,tourist satisfaction evaluation,the theme of plant preference and demand for tourists to enjoy.Discussed the POE results of visitors to the open plant theme park in Changzhou.(4)According to the analysis results of two aspects of the object itself and the tourists,feedback,summary the main problems existing in the Changzhou Zijing Park,Lotus Park and Xilin Park.Explored the emergence of the problem and the selection and maintenance of the theme plants.(5)Take the Changzhou Lotus Park as an example,optimization and reform design the actual case.Combination the object of the open plant theme park and the feedback from tourists,optimization and reform design the theme plants lotus,garden road,garden greening,building facilities,etc.Demonstration the feasibility of the theory of this paper.
