The requirements of the WIM system become higher nowadays than before with the constant development of the express-way in China.Although WIM system is wildly used,it has some problems such as low accuracy and high cost.In this thesis,a new structure was designed,and did simulations about pretense,natural frequency,static load and dynamic load using ANSYS Workbench.The measurement circuit,signal processing model were integrated inside the piezoelectrical sensor which improve the integrity and accuracy.Furthermore,data compensation method used in harsh environment was introduced in this thesis.This thesis proposed some new methods to improve communication security.Raising security design rules and anti-virus methods,also modifying AES Encryption Algorithm.Modified 128-Bits AES Encryption Algorithm in this thesis improving the security with high efficiency by changing key generating.In the last part of this thesis,modified 128-Bits AES Encryption was verified and did feasible analysis in the WIM system designed in this thesis.The WIM system designed in this thesis uses Raspberry Pi 4 to replace traditional computers.Low-cost is realized with enough computation power supplied by Raspberry Pi 4.
