Research On Testing Technology Of Shock Wave Field Parameters Based On Image Method

In the explosion test of warhead,The image method is often used as an auxiliary test method to collect video images during the explosion process to provide a reference for a comprehensive understanding of the shock wave field.In the practical test,the electrical measurement method often fails to obtain shock wave information in all directions in the shock wave field,making it difficult to comprehensively evaluate the damage efficiency of the warhead.The image method can use high-speed cameras to record changes of multiple parameters of the shock wave field at once,placement and shooting results are less affected by the venue,so it is achievable to use the image method as a new shock wave test method.This paper first proposes a method of recording and shooting the shock wave field using a camera and using the propagation velocity of the shock wave front obtained from images to estimate the equivalent of the explosion,by this way the detonation process is transformed from a high-speed dynamic process to multiple static,and the images are used for information extraction and analysis;for the time base of high-speed cameras and overpressure test devices,a fiber trigger system is designed with a trigger,which has a delay of up to ?s;the theory of conservation law is used to derive the imaging of the shock wave front conditions,actual test results are used to verify that the arrival time of the wavefront in the images is consistent with the arrival time of the shock wave in the overpressure test.Combined with empirical formulas and ANSYS simulation results,the formula is verified,and most of the error is less than 30%.Explore the 3D reconstruction method of image-based shock wave field is proposed to see the parameters of the warhead explosion more intuitively.Based on the tentative 3D reconstruction of the pictures taken in a certain shock wave field,the reasons for the reconstruction failure were analyzed,and a shooting scheme for shock wave field reconstruction was proposed,which provided the basis and direction for the related research in the future.
