| Electric Equipments provide us the comfortable, safe and convenient life condition and enriches our life. However the electric equipments will suffer from shock and vibrations which reduce the capability of the electric equipments and damage the product when transferred and used. So it is necessary to examine in application to shock protection of a vulnerable product during accidental drop.Shock-exited vibrations are examined in application to shock the protection of vulnerable products during accidental drop. According to the different environment i.e., half sine, sawtooth type and trapezia type etc., half sine is commonly applied. First, the international advanced equipment for shock-exited vibrations is introduced. And the application of the shock-exited vibrations in controlling shock protection of a vulnerable product based on ASQ700 made by Youshida Seiki Ltd is shown. It is necessary to study acceleration-time.Second, to get the standard half sine wave is to make cushion padding entirely soft. However, it is impossible to make the pad entirely soft. Thus we have to think about the pad's hardening type. And it is difficult to solve the equation due to the pad's hardening type. In this article, the duffing oscillator shock-exited model based on ASQ700 is set up. The equation is solved based on MATLAB and get the a-t curve in the different condition. According to the conclusions, the purpose is given to design the shock-exited experiment.Finally, the data by the model in MATLAB is compared with by ASQ700 experiment, and we draw the conclusion that the experiment result between ASQ700 and the model in MATLAB is consistent. At the same time, according to GB, the limit condition shock-exited machine with MATLAB is calculated. |
