Explosive shock wave is one of the main factors on causing damage to the persons,equipment and protective structures,and the test of explosive shock wave plays an important role in the field of military industry.The peak value of the overpressure,the positive pressure time and the specific impulse are the main parameters to characterize the damage efficiency of the ammunition.Acquiring shock wave information accurately can provide an important basis for the damage performance and power of the weapon.In this paper,researches based on wave testing system and shock wave overpressure field reconstruction technology were processed.The shock wave testing system contained multiple retriggering technology,signal modulate circuit and Acquisition and storage circuit based on the NAND Flash.The multiple retriggering technology was applied to the actual experiment,and the influence of false triggers and other factors were reduced.Reconstruction of shock wave overpressure field by empirical formula method,but the explosive shock wave is inhomogeneous in the test plane and the test plots data from every direction are very different from each other.Empirical formulas are only used to reconstruct the distribution of overpressure peak value field in test plane,but overpressure peak value is only the first one of the several performance norms about shock wave characteristics.Shock wave characteristics can’t be characterized completely only depend on peak value,therefore the empirical formulas can’t meet the requirements of the shock wave field reconstruction.In this paper,the shock wave field reconstruction technology is studied with the support of the National Natural Science Foundation Project “Research on the spatial distribution reconstruction method based on the complex impact wave based on the finite measuring point”(No.61701445).Based on the propagation characteristics of shock wave,the attenuation waveform of shock wave containing the most information of shock wave was selected as the main research object.The limited test data were divided into modeling data(used for building the model of shock wave field reconstruction)and checking data(used to verify the model of shock wave field reconstruction).The attenuation curve after the shock wave was extracted from the modeling data,the attenuation coefficient and the peak value of each curve were obtained by the nonlinear regression theory and the multivariate polynomial interpolation algorithm based on the further procession in attenuation curve.The relationship between these parameters was found by the "black box" theory,and the shock wave field model was reconstructed.The correctness of the model was verified by the checking data and the assessment results included the peak,positive pressure time and specific impulses’ errors.The evaluation results showed that the shock wave field reconstruction model in this paper has a certain reference value.
