Analysis Of Spatial Distribution Characteristics Of Yangzhou Built-up Area Urban Park System Based On Service Scope

There is no doubt that the urban park system plays an increasingly important role in the modem urban public service system,which has gradually become an indispensable and important part of the daily life of urban residents.In terms of the classification of urban park system in our country,it is divided into four categories according to the Classification Standard of Urban Green Space(CJJ/T85-2017),such as comprehensive park,comnunity park,theme park and garden park.At present,the evaluation indexes of traditional urban parks are mainly based on park green space area,per capita green land rate and green space coverage rate,in which these indicators more reflect the "quantity" of park green space instead of the "quality" of park green space,that is,service efficiency.As a result,it is of great significance in the actual planning and construction practice for how to allocate resources reasonably,construct the service system of urban park covering the whole city and reflecting the fairmess of service according to the present situation of spatial distribution of urban park system.Since Yangzhou has a long history and profound garden culture,it takes 124 different types of urban parks in the built-up area of Yangzhou as the research object in this paper.Through the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and network analysis,it analyzes the present situation of the location and composition of the urban park system in Yangzhou built-up area from the service scope of the urban park,which also studies the spatial layout characteristics,scope of service and residential land of urban park system in Yangzhou City,as well as the spatial coupling relationship between service population.Thus,it puts forward the optimization suggestions,so as to provide theoretical basis for the planning and construction of the urban park system of Yangzhou City in the future.The main results are as follows:(1)As for residents of the built-up area of Yangzhou,they usually go to the park three times a week mainly in the evening and at night,they will stay in the park for about 2 hours.The main modes of transportation for residents are walking,bicycles(electric vehicles)and motor vehicles.The maximum psychologically acceptable time for residents to go to the comprehensive parks,community parks and theme parks is 20 min;while the maximum psychologically acceptable time for residents to go to the garden park is only 5 min.(2)The service range of the comprehensive park is 144.67 km2 for 10 minutes motor vehicle,135.12 km2 for 20 minutes bicycle(electric vehicle)and 18.62 krr12 for 15 minutes walk.The service range of the community park is 62.76 km2 for 20 minutes walking and 89.58 km2 for 10 minutes cycling.The service range of bicycles in theme park is 147.56 km2 for 20 minutes,151.33 km2 for motor vehicle for 15 minutes and 39.89 km2 for walking for 15 minutes.The service range of walking in the garden park for 5 minutes is 5.12 km2.(3)The service scope of the comprehensive park covers 1474 residential areas with an area of 28.98 km2,accounting for 93%of the total area.The service scope of the community park covers 1315 residential areas with an area of 23.13 km2,accounting for 74%of the total area.The service scope of theme parks covers 1,478 residential areas with an area of 29.52 km2,accounting for 95%of the total area.The garden park covers 606 residential areas with an area of 0.77 km2,accounting for 2.47%of the total area.(4)According to the choice of different modes of transportation,the number of people served by various urban parks is also different.In the study area,it covers 1.1631 million people,in which theme Parks serves the largest population,reaching 0.9758 million and accounting for 83.89%of the total population,followed by the comprehensive park,serving 0.9609 million people and accounting for 82.62%of the total population,the community parks can serve 683,700 people,accounting for 58.78%of the total population,and the garden park serves 28,700 people,accounting for 2.47%of the total population.At the same time,25,000 residents of Ganquan Street that is located on the edge of the built-up area are not yet within the scope of the urban park system,who account for 2.15%of the total population.The basic framework of the urban park system has been initially completed in the built-up area of Yangzhou at present,in which all kinds of urban parks have a high level in terms of both quantity and quality.However,it also exists some problems,such as incomplete composition of the local urban park system,unreasonable location of individual urban parks,uneven distribution of service functions,and so on.As a result,it should select the site reasonably,and construct the urban park system with reasonable spatial layout in the future urban park construction on the basis of fully analyzing the present situation of the region and starting from the service demand.Since there are many restrictive factors in the old urban area,more small pocket parks can be added according to local conditions.On the other hand,it should start from the continuity and accessibility of space to construct the park system covering all residents since there are relatively few restrictive factors in the new urban area,so as to help the residents of the whole city realize the fair enj oyment of the services of the urban parks.
