River health is a vital factor in the sustainable development of human society,As the largest river in China,the Yangtze River has suffered from different degrees of influence and even destruction,due to historical problems or ownership issues,the Yangtze River riparian management line still exists unreasonable use of land,this will have a huge impact on the Yangtze River ecological environment and ecological landscape.Jiangsu river chief system launched the"two violations and three chaos" rectification,and found a solution to this type of problem,from the river chief system to the river chief treatment,reducing the illegal construction and the illegal use of land,return the Yangtze River healthy life.The application of the UAV can quickly and efficiently extract the type of land used in the riparian zone,and evaluate the riparian zone accordingly,this provides a certain basis and solution for the river chief to understand the current situation and unreasonable land use of the Yangtze River Gaogang section.This paper combs the research on the scope and structural characteristics of the natural riparian zone,estimating six types of riparian zone structures in the Gaogang section of the Yangtze River through field surveys combined with Google Earth imagery,they are factories(mainly shipyards),beaches,dikes,container terminals,scattered berths,fish ponds,among them,the types of factories and beaches are relatively high,and the rest are scattered.Based on the contents of the development planning of the core port area of Taizhou Port,the analysis of the utilization of the inland line of the management area of the Yangtze River Gaogang section can be divided into five major areas:industrial land,road traffic,agricultural land,green area and waters,of which the industrial land,waters and green area occupy the largest area,although the green area is relatively high,the continuity of vegetation in the whole area is poor,and it is mostly blocked by port enterprises,terminals and waters,affecting regional water environment security and ecosystem health.Discusses the feasibility of determining the riparian zone by the water level,ecological red line and river management scope line,and finally determines the riparian zone health assessment within the river management scope.The UAV is used to monitor the Yangtze River Gaogang section,obtaining orthophoto and oblique photographic images of the embankment in the research area by low-altitude flight,and the land use map and vegetation cover map are drawn by the orthophoto image of the UAV,through the embankment image monitoring and analysis of the dike situation,the concrete panel of the bank part of the dike is damaged and spalled,but it does not affect its flood defense capability and stability.In order to effectively evaluate the health of the riparian zone,three primary indicators of river bank stability,vegetation coverage and artificial disturbance were selected as evaluation criteria.The secondary indicators of riverbank stability are three categories of dyke defense standards,the proportion of dangerous sections and the erosion of riverbank erosion;the secondary indicator of vegetation coverage is the complete condition of vegetation community structure such as trees,shrubs and herbs;the artificial interference assessment is based on 9 types of human activities with greater impact.The health evaluation of the riparian zone of the Gaogang section of the Yangtze River shows that the riparian zone of the river section is in a sub-health condition,the main influencing factors are low vegetation coverage,single vegetation structure,poor continuity,and fragmentation characteristics.By summing up find the main problems and countermeasures in the Gaogang section of the Yangtze River.There are three main types of problems in the Gaogang section of the Yangtze River,first is low vegetation coverage,and no targeted riparian vegetation buffer planning,Second is land use is unreasonable,and a large number of natural shorelines are occupied by industrial land,third is the proportion of high-quality shoreline industry is too high,and the port terminal uses too little land,which is not conducive to the intensive use of shoreline resources.Countermeasures and recommendations is planning a certain width and continuous riverside green belt,planting variety of vegetation suitable for the banks of the Yangtze River,migrating some industrial shorelines such as shipyards,control the scale of non-port-dependent industrial land,upgrading and transformation of chemical materials,focusing on the development of port service industry and improving the intensive utilization level of shoreline resources.
