A Research On SANY Working Capital Management From Perspective Of Channel Management

Working capital is an important part of the enterprise’s current assets,Which provides financial protection for maintaining the normal operation of the business.These companies introduce channel theory in the performance index of working capital management,and integrate channel management theory with working capital management.In recent years,more and more scholars have conducted research on working capital management through channel perspectives,which helped enterprises to find problems and improve the efficiency of working capital management.SANY Heavy Industry,as the leading enterprise in China’s construction machinery industry,has performed well in increasing sale,steadying status in product market,improving proficiency and controlling expenses.The traditional working capital management can no longer satisfy the long-term development of the company.Therefore,based on the channel theory,this paper aims to analyze the management of the working capital of the company’s various channels,find out the problems and propose some suggestions.This paper takes SANY Heavy Industry as an example,based on the view of working capital channel,combined with the financial data from 2012 to 2017 of this company,and deeply analyzes the mechanism of the three major channel factors of purchasing,producing and marketing of working capital management.Started from the perspective of working capital management,this paper introduces relevant theoretical knowledge and basic situation of SANY Heavy Industry working capital management,then it emphatically analyzes the current situation of working capital management of this company from three major channels of purchasing,production and marketing and researches problems existed in working capital management of this company.Further,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions.It is hoped that this paper will play a role in working capital management of SANY and other similar enterprises and can help companies and the industry to achieve higher returns while improving the level of working capital management.Through research and analysis,help enterprises to find their shortcomings in procurement,production and marketing channels,and improve the management level of working capital from the perspective of system and practical operation methods;External investors can also obtain working capital management performance through working capital management analysis based on channel theory to help them make better investment decisions.In addition,it can also provide reference Suggestions for enterprises in the same industry in working capital management.
