With the development of science and technology,China's automation and control level is getting higher and higher,This paper focuses on the research of automatic boiler control system.At present,the boiler control technology in our country is relatively backward,while the boiler in the north heating,industrial production essential tools,the current main use of manual control,so in the control process,likely to cause fuel combustion is not sufficient,while the internal balance of the boiler damage,Such as the furnace negative pressure,steam pressure exceeds the threshold prone to danger.This paper introduces a boiler control system based on intelligent instrument and PLC.The PLC is used to control the operation of the boiler,the transmitter,the pressure liquid level measurement and control instrument,the frequency converter and other auxiliary equipment are selected,and the PID algorithm is used to improve the control precision.In this paper,the boiler feedwater control system and boiler combustion system are studied deeply,and the main contents are as follows:(1)to understand the current boiler control problems,and research at home and abroad boiler control system research status.The domestic and foreign boiler control system problems in-depth research,and for the existing problems of specific program design.(2)For the PLC control inverter,the system needs to collect the boiler steam pressure,the furnace negative pressure,the water level and other information in real time,and make corresponding adjustment according to the conditions of the PLC.(3)In order to intelligently control the normal operation of the boiler system,the optimal control strategy is achieved.Therefore,when the system is running,it is necessary to study the pressure transmitter,pressure level measurement and control instrument,the use of inverter principle,and determine the hardware selection according to the system requirements.(4)By using mathematical software MATLAB to do the simulation test,the simulation results show that the system can run normally,and analysis the results of the experiments.
