With the development of science and technology,the advantages of modern tunnel construction theory are becoming increasingly prominent.In view of the fact that the analysis and management of dynamic construction information of tunnels are still designed from different data types and structures,in order to avoid the difficulty of information sharing caused by data heterogeneity,realize the integrity and validity of information sharing and exchange during dynamic construction of tunnels,and give full play to the great advantages of information construction of tunnels,this paper introduces the IFC standard of BIM into tunnels.In the field of tunnel construction feedback analysis,by analyzing the problems existing in the information management of tunnel construction at present,the IFC standard is extended to the entities in the field of tunnel construction,and the method of building the dynamic information integration model of tunnel construction based on IFC standard is formed.Then,the feedback model of tunnel dynamic analysis based on IFC standard is put forward,and the integration and interaction of engineering information and model are discussed.On this basis,the programming of "tunnel dynamic analysis feedback system based on IFC standard" is completed by using computer software engineering technology.Finally,relying on the project of Zhenfengling No.2 Tunnel,the software system is applied.According to the analysis results,the construction scheme is optimized in time,and the construction is further guided,which guarantees the construction safety.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the definition of IFC standard entities,the IFC standard entities in tunnel field are expanded,and the expression of tunnel dynamic construction professional information is realized by expanding the attribute set.The data description field of IFC standard is expanded,and the basic data system of tunnel structure of IFC standard is established.On this basis,the Revit parametric model building method is studied,and the IFC standard tunnel component family library is created.Finally,the IFC standard-based dynamic tunnel construction information integration model is established.(2)Based on the feedback technology of dynamic analysis of tunnels at the present stage,combined with the unified standard IFC of BIM technology,from the point of view of system requirements and engineering practice,the key technologies of three-dimensional graphics interaction,monitoring and information integration of surrounding rock of IFC data are studied,and the monitoring measurement data analysis,surrounding rock classification technology,tunneling construction scheme and support parameter adjustment and construction risk assessment are discussed.Finally,the flow and method of data exchange between Revit and ABAQUS are summarized,and the functional module design and preliminary development of the system prototype are realized.(3)Firstly,the specific functional requirements of IFC standard tunnel dynamic analysis feedback system are analyzed and discussed,and the overall structure framework and technical route of tunnel dynamic analysis feedback system based on IFC standard are formulated.The C#programming language and Access database are chosen as the development platform to develop the program of each analysis and feedback function module of the system.Based on the integrated model of tunnel analysis and feedback based on IFC standard,a dynamic analysis and feedback management system for tunnel construction is developed,which is easy to be used by front-line design and construction managers.(4)Based on the project of Zhenfengling No.2 Tunnel,the self-developed dynamic analysis feedback system of tunnel based on IFC standard is applied.Firstly,the dynamic construction information integration model of the key section of Zhenfengling Tunnel is established based on the method of building the dynamic construction information integration model proposed in this paper.Then,by reading the above integrated model into the dynamic analysis feedback system of the tunnel based on IFC standard,the construction process of the typical section of Zhenfengling No.2 Tunnel is analyzed and fed back.Finally,the construction scheme of the typical section is obtained.By adjusting,the parameters of surrounding rock support have been optimized,which effectively avoids the occurrence of accidents and achieves better feedback effect.The applicability of the development method and program of this system has been verified.
