Featured by the complexity of stress,changeable environment,difficulty of obtaining the information data,various and abstract data,the tunnel engineering has many uncertain factors during the construction.The information monitoring during the tunnel construction is an important guarantee to ensure the construction safety,and the remote automatic monitoring is an important approach to reduce the potential safety hazards during the tunnel construction.However,the traditional tunnel construction ideas are against with requirements of the current architectural engineering information,the BIM information technology represents the new technology and development direction of the building industry.With the maturity of the Web technology and the support of hardware,it further promotes the information process of the architectural engineering.In order to solve the above problems,and realize the informatization and information integration of the tunnel construction process monitoring,in this paper,the tunnel construction informatization monitoring system is developed by combing BIM technology with Web technology,and applying PHP network programming technology and MySQL database.Main aspects conducted are as follows:(1)The method to conduct the tunnel BIM parameterization rapid modeling by Revit software.Different family models are tried to establish the applicability of components and expand the family library.Adopting the programming language to expand the node packages of Dynamo plug-ins solved the problem that different sections cannot be connected seamlessly during the process of assembling and realized the rapid assembly of models.(2)Through WebGL and three.js technology,the tunnel BIM model is displayed on the Web end.Firstly,the 3D model of the tunnel is unified into IFC format.Then,the document in IFC format is converted to JSON format serving as an external call file of the web page.Finally,the execution file based on the scripting language WebGL is called.In this way,the3 D model is finally displayed in the client browser.(3)The tunnel monitoring safe management and information integration system of B/S three-tier architecture was developed by using PHP network programming technology and MySQL database.The system includes BIM information model,engineering information management,instrument management,data collection,data time travel curve display,data statement output and over-limit alarming,and has a certain reliability,timeliness and expandability.(4)Function realization of modules of the system.The developed tunnel monitoringsafe management and information integration system is applied to the actual engineering project to complete the three-dimensional display of BIM model on the Web end;and reflect the changes of the monitoring data on the tunnel BIM model in intuitive and real time mode,which can further reduce the information lag brought by the man-made processing of large amounts of monitoring data,is beneficial for operators to discover potential safety hazards timely according to changes of data,and effectively ensure the safe management during the construction.
